Individual Agility Equipment Rental
Our goal is to provide the community participating in local dog sports and MLOTC club members equipment that is well maintained
Muskegon Lakeshore Obedience Training Club agrees to provide agility equipment to handler to use per season with signed agreement and payment made for the Summer 2026 season
The following terms and conditions are required to use MLOTC agility equipment:
Handler agrees to use equipment only for its intended purpose and is responsible for damages caused by themselves, their handling, or dog.
Handler agrees to follow class instructors/judge rules for using the agility equipment, and acknowledges that their class instructor/judge could refuse or revoke their ability to use the agility equipment if deemed necessary to keep all parties safe.
Handler acknowledges and agrees to pay $25 for the season to use MLOTC agility equipment. Handler acknowledges that this fee is for this season only, and will be subject to completing this form and paying a fee for future seasons.
By signing this agreement, handler agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Muskegon Lakeshore Obedience Training Club, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all losses, costs, expenses, claims, liabilities, actions, or damages, including liability for injuries to any person or persons or damage to property arising at any time during and/or arising out of or in any way connected with handlers use or occupancy of the agility equipment and adjoining property.
